She lost her father before her birth and mother when she was only Four. An orphan infant she faced Hunger and poverty, meritorious but denied Education and other social hardships did not deter her from benevolent work throughout her life. Her empathy for the underprivileged and deprived children lead Smt Santana Biswas (The Settlor ) to form this Public Charitable Organization with commitment from a few like minded people and“Abha” was formed on 9th March 2011.
Abha is registered as a trust under West Bengal registration rules 1962, vide Serial No: 03060/2011, Deed No - Book -iv, 00252/2011 on 9th March 2011.
Donation made to Abha now qualify for deduction u/s 80G[5][VI]
of the Income Tax Act.
Abha has no alliance to any Political or Religious Organization.
